What to expect

What we look for

IBA is a real commitment — weekly sessions and real preparation. We look for people who work hard and are genuinely curious about markets.

Meeting structure

We meet every Tuesday at 8 PM in business professional, running a weekly market update and quiz alongside our technical and behavioral curriculum.

Outside of meetings

Beyond meetings, we run mock interviews and expect members to keep up with the news and work through the guides to prepare for recruiting.
